Sacrament of Confirmation and First communion in our Parish

The Children and young people from our parish received the sacrament of Confirmation and First communion in the End of May and beginning of June.

Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist exist in a close relationship: In Baptism we take off the old, sinful person and wash away Original Sin. In Confirmation we are anointed with the oil of the Holy Spirit and filled with his sevenfold gifts. Finally, we are led to the Eucharistic banquet.

The sacrament of Confirmation was given by the Archbishop Ignazio Bedini, S.D.B. from Teheran.
