Help for the children in the Central African Republic

  During this time of Lent,  we – together with the Salesians in Slovakia and Siberia – can help poor children in the Central African Republic. The collection will be used for buying food, school benches and equipment needed in a school.

If you are willing to help you can give your contribution in the jar which is located in the front of our church.

Prayer for the families

Good Father,
You take care of everyone and you give us what we need.
We give thanks for everything we have,
for family, friends and for people who love us.
For peace in our country.
We ask You for our friends in the Central African Republic.
Many of them are lonely, poor, hungry,
they live in fear on the street
and without hope for a better future.
Bless them and lead them.
Send them people, who would love and help them.
Please make us sensitive for the needs
of poor people in this Lenten time,
so we can grow in generosity of our hearts
and in learning to share with those
who need it the most.
