CARDINAL LUIS ANTONIO TAGLE ARRIVED IN BAKU

Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, Pro-Prefect of the Holy See’s Dicastery for the Evangelization, arrived in Baku at the invitation of Bishop Vladimir Fekete, Apostolic Prefect of the Catholic Church in Azerbaijan.

Cardinal Tagle will lead the celebration marking the 25th anniversary of the restoration of the Catholic Church in Azerbaijan as “missio sui iuris bakuensis” and the beginning of the Salesian Congregation’s mission in the country.
